At Market District Salon, we believe in being transparent about our policies with all of our clients. If you have any questions about any policy below, please feel free to contact our team.

Cancellation / no-show policy

At Market District Salon, your appointment is very important to us. We strive for excellent customer service and a positive guest experience. In return, we request 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which guests are considered a "no show" will incur a charge at 100% of the service amount.

new guest deposit

All new guests must pay a deposit for any chemical service. This deposit will "hold" the appointment. In the event the guest cancels or reschedules within the 24 hour limit or "no shows" the deposit will be forfeited.
